Newer girls deserve to be in the spotlight.

We, in the fully competitive female grappling community, are extremely happy to see that.

Goth Delilah vs Bambi.

This match could fly under the radar but we don’t think it should.

We’ve written about the slender gorgeous Bambi in her previous event battle with Miss Emily where she put up a gallant fight. So Bambi is not brand new but she’s still new on the learning curve.

As far as we know, this is Goth Delilah’s first event but she is a power lifter and experienced in BJJ, so she is new to the scene but not new to grappling.

We have not seen this video but based upon that, we’re going to give the favorite nod to Goth.

BAMBI VS GOTH DELILAH

This is match two at Pippa’s Submission Room Live Event Number 23.

After being introduced the two girls start with slow hand fighting and Goth immediately takes the top position. Their movements are slow and they are talking and giggling in the beginning but hopefully the match will quiet down and tighten up.

The initial struggle sees Bambi on top but Goth is not threatened since Bambi is not really applying any strong holds.

Goth will soon slowly begin to apply her training as she applies a sitting body scissors to Bambi which soon turns into a wrist lock from the top but still, nothing serious thus far.

Bambi is in a jovial mood so the match still has a sparring session feel to it but Goth is sitting on top of her slowly making a decision as how she wants to attack this.

She slides Bambi into a side body scissors, swings her arm around Bambi’s neck and applies a soft choke. Secure in the trap, Bambi taps out.

1-0 for Goth Delilah (4:35).

As they softly engage again, Bambi is initially taking control but due to her inexperience, she is not doing much with it. Goth appears to be playing a waiting game until Bambi makes an obvious mistake. We say obvious because from our view, as she is slightly bull rushing Goth with her head down, she is ripe for a Guillotine Choke which curiously Goth does not apply.

Goth is being very passive and as Bambi captures her from behind, applying a scissors, the dark haired beauty is actually encouraging Bambi to tighten the scissors a little more, almost like a training session.

Trapped in a slight behind the back scissors Goth exclaims that she is not going to tap. Bambi then rolls it into a side body scissors and tries to apply pressure that way.

Sensuous Bambi could apply an arm bar, if she only knew how to marry it with those side body scissors, but curiously she doesn’t and Goth slides away and breaks the hold (7:29).

Well, we took a risk to review this match but the rest of it descends into playfulness and even falls below the semi-competitive level. Thus, we will end our review here.

That is the risk you take with newer girls.

Our main interest is in Goth Delilah because she will take on Sativa and London, two experienced wrestlers and we sense those will be more seriously taken and competitive.

We will finish this article with a match from our archives that was competitive.

Shay is a statuesque gorgeous British girl who appears to have retired. We can’t find much on Ultra as well. This match occurred at the great Femwrestle Events in 2018.

Enjoy Shay and Ultra because you probably won’t see them again.

SHAY VS ULTRA – FEMWRESTLE EVENT

We’ve often written about the Czech, German and Hungarian Girls vs the UK Girls but as we can see here, at least a little bit, the United Kingdom comprises both the girls from Wales and England.

On to the battle.

Wales or Shay initiates the early aggression and immediately tries to trap Ultra in a floor to body scissors submission. Ultra barely escapes only to soon find herself underneath Shay in a school girl pin that almost reaches three before she miraculously escapes.

Good for England.

Shay is persistent and captures Ultra again and the size difference is starting to appear to be significant as Shay maneuvers to gain the top position again.

Curiously this is supposed to only be a pins and submissions match with Ultra making it clear that she doesn’t want any smothers (big advantage to Shay if you know what we mean), but here, Shay does a complete top voluptuous smother and Ultra meekly taps out.

Puzzling but interesting. Sexy too.

As Wales and England begin to engage again, Shay is all over Ultra and in control again even seizing her in a strong head scissors. Fortunately for Ultra she is close to the edge of the mats and the action energetically spills over and has to be temporarily halted.

Almost another submission for the girl from Wales.

Almost.

Come on here Ultra. You’re fighting a beautiful girl who primarily has roamed in the fantasy world and you in the competitive one, so what gives here?

Never mind, thinks Shay, as she continues to control the action.

Though Shay is taller, Ultra has the stronger legs so she should use them and she does. After being snared in a fairly tough scissor hold from Shay, she manages to withstand the pain, reverse the hold and makes Shay tap out.

A little surprised the crowd applauds.

Time for an England and Wales water break.

Now time to confront.

Once again Shay is controlling the action primarily with her legs and has several submitting opportunities but doesn’t seal the deal. She continually sits on top of a struggling Ultra but Ultra managed to withstand her assault.

She even takes breaks sitting on top of Ultra who at one points exclaims, “You’re heavy.”

Smiles all around.

Shay finally leans back with her bottom flat on Ultra’s face and Honey of LWS fame begins the pin count which reaches five and Ultra must submit.

Well, if you asked us beforehand, this is a bit of a surprise so the question we have for you is will Ultra make a comeback or does Shay stretch her lead?
