Lilith, of the Czech Republic, had one of the most beautiful smiles we have ever seen on a female wrestler. And she smiled a lot.

Wrestled pretty well too.

On April 16, 2022, here is what FCI Women’s Wrestling Magazine had to say about her in Lilith’s match against Rebecca, “Everyone looks like someone. Right?

She reminds me of her. She looks just like her. Haven’t you said that? We certainly have.

There is one Euro Princess who is unique and reminds us of very few. Virtually no one else.

That is Lilith of the Czech Republic.

It is an absolute joy to revisit the Czech Republic’s star wrestler Lilith’s memory again.

She is beautiful. Make that stunning.

Feminine.

Statuesque.

And is an exceptional wrestler.

Fantastic and feminine in form, blessed with a pearlescent glow and masterful in tactics, Lilith emerged as one of the globe’s most effective female submission wrestlers.”

What a memory.

Today, we are going to chronicle one of her matches against another one of our favorite girls, in the great Femwrestle era, in Germany’s eternal princess, Brenda.

Thus far, though a strong athletic fitness girl, we have yet to see Brenda win.

Maybe today might be her chance.

LILITH VS BRENDA

The two talented wrestlers are introduced.

What stands out about both is that Lilith has a knee support and Brenda an elbow wrap.

This female wrestling game can indeed be tough.

Down to their knees.

They begin with some upper hand fighting and to our surprise, Brenda captures Lilith in a headlock and immediately takes her down. Most important, she falls on top of Lilith and tightens the grip. Lilith taps out.

1-0 for Brenda at 43 seconds.

It is a good thing we are not going by memory because we sure didn’t remember this.

Time to engage.

Brenda immediately traps Lilith in a floor to sitting body scissor and tightens her squeeze. Lilith is struggling but not seeming to successfully escape. She doesn’t and taps out.

Brenda leads 2-0 (1:12).

Did we see this match before? What a shocker. Will this be a runaway for Brenda? Did someone get into the vault and recalibrate this tape? Two submissions in slightly over 60 seconds? By Brenda?

Time to sit up in our chair and watch this one more closely.

Lilith now appears to be paying attention more closely too.

She makes the first move and wraps Brenda into a strong headlock, takes the gorgeous blonde down to the edge of the mat, and lands on top of her.

For the first time, Brenda is in trouble.

The Germanic princess circles around underneath but Lilith is matching and circling with her from the top. It is too much pressure and Brenda taps out.

2-1 for Brenda but Lilith is definitely back in the hunt.

They both begin the next offering very gingerly, hand fighting for position. Brenda breaks it up by pulling down on Lilith’s neck and attempting a floor to sitting body scissor but missing. As we have said a million times, we don’t like that move because if you miss, your opponent is right on top of you.

Brenda missed.

Lilith now has the top advantage and slowly inches forward on top of Brenda. The German beauty did not encase one of Lilith’s legs, so now the Czech star can perform a full mount. Lilith rolls Brenda to the side, secures a headlock choke, pulls Brenda backwards and applies a forceful body scissor from behind.

Brenda taps out.

2-2, the girls are tied but Lilith clearly has the momentum.

They engage. Lilith takes Brenda down but this time Brenda manages to secure a lock on Lilith’s left leg and a headlock, as well, but from underneath. Lilith applies her own headlock, but from above. Great advantage to Lilith.

Lilith continues to apply the pressure from above, appearing to drive her shoulder into Brenda, who is breathing heavily. Enough. Brenda taps out.

3-2 for Lilith.

This is a little more of what we expected.

As the two go at it again, they both have become more careful. Brenda tries to surprise Lilith again with the floor to sitting body scissor thing, but it’s not happening.

She misses.

Again.

You know the rest. Lilith is right on top of the sensational blonde.

This time Brenda locks Lilith’s right leg to prevent a full mount. The two struggle. Lilith breaks the hold, but as she does, to our surprise, Brenda uses her right arm to clench Lilith around the neck in a tight headlock, rolls the feminine Czech girl, and now Brenda is on top of her and applying the pressure.

Bravo, Brenda.

As Lilith turns, so does Brenda, from the top, as she continues to apply the pressure. Lilith has enough and taps out.

3-3, Brenda ties it.

The two meet to engage.

They fight for the headlock, which appears to be the winning formula in this match, and Lilith obtains it and lands on top of Brenda. The German beauty quickly locks Lilith’s right leg to keep the Czech princess from mounting her. That works for a while, until Lilith breaks the lock. She then inches forward for a full mount with pressure and Brenda taps out.

4-3, Lilith leads.

As they fight again, Brenda is not patient and tries for the ill-advised floor to sitting body scissor and misses. Lilith is instantly on top of her, going for a headlock and smother. Brenda locks Lilith’s left leg but it is too late. Lilith applies more pressure and Brenda taps out.

We love Brenda and have invested in a lot of ink on her. Well-deserved. Still, we haven’t seen her win a match yet and what she just did here is an example as to why. This last submission was simply a bad decision on Brenda’s part. With patience, she has a chance to keep this match competitive. Like everyone else who wins consistently, Brenda needs to take her time and grind this 20 minute marathon out before Lilith starts to pull away from her.

5-3 for Lilith.

Lilith and Brenda re-engage.

Lilith is patient and once Brenda makes a mistake, she pulls the German girl’s head downward and leaps to the floor to sitting body scissors. Hers works. Lilith tightens the scissor and Brenda taps out.

6-3 for Lilith (6:50).

There is the expression, “Anything that you can do, I can do better”.

Heard of it?

The key though, is that you actually have to do it better.

Here Brenda immediately tries the floor to sitting body scissor and fails.

Again.

So, Lilith is immediately on top of her, driving a knee into Brenda’s stomach area. The two girls struggle. The difference is that Brenda is continuing to fight from the bottom. Bad idea. She wraps Lilith into headlocks, and Lilith does the same with her, except Lilith is doing it from the top. She soon submits Brenda.

7-3 for Lilith (8:00).

Time for some Monday morning quarterbacking.

There are several dynamics starting to happen here.

First the match itself.

Twenty minutes is way too long for girls to wrestle at any level. We can look around the room and see that the audience is starting to get bored. Two gentlemen put their coats on and walk out. Then a third does the same.

The next dynamic is, Lilith is starting to run away with this match because Brenda has no Plan B. When she jumped off to a 2-0 lead, it was simply because Lilith may not have seen her wrestle yet. Once Lilith figured out what she was doing, now she no longer feels threatened.

To finish this match, in the room there in Troisdorf, or on video, you have to be a die-hard fan.

We love Brenda and Lilith. We are going to finish this match.

Time to engage.

They carefully approach one another. Lilith takes the first leap and takes Brenda down. The German fitness girl quickly locks Lilith’s leg to prevent a full mount. Lilith is simultaneously squeezing from the top. At one point, Brenda thinks about tapping out but hangs in there getting crunched by the slender Czech girl. Mounting no offense at all, Brenda taps out.

8-3 for Lilith (9:32).

Time to engage.

This time, surprisingly, Brenda gets the upper hand and takes Lilith down to the mats. It takes a minute but the German star is on top of Lilith in the smother position. Can she pull it off?

Lilith bucks her off.

She rolls Brenda to try and achieve a smother of her own. Lilith tries to take the top position, and does, but Brenda quickly pulls the brunette’s head down and traps her in a floor to sitting body scissor and squeezes hard. Can she submit the Czech frontrunner?

Lilith will not tap.

The struggle goes on for close to a minute with Brenda grabbing both of Lilith wrists, trying to tighten her grip. Lilith continues to hold out. Brenda then brilliantly slides Lilith downward into a harsh side head scissor and Lilith finally taps out.

Finally a good decision from Brenda.

Lilith leads 8-4 (11:19).

They slowly circle.

Brenda strikes first by wrapping her arm around Lilith’s neck and taking her down. Lilith defends herself by fencing Brenda’s full mount off with her knees. She continues to push Brenda away, breaks the hold and traps Brenda in a side body scissor. The German girl taps.

9-4 for Lilith.

They go again.

Lilith gets the upper edge and doesn’t let go of it. A tough headlock as she takes Brenda down and lands on top of the German maiden. Brenda tries to clasp Lilith with her legs but fails. Now it is all about the headlock. Lilith squeezes harder and Brenda taps out.

10-4 for Lilith (12:45).

Brenda now takes Lilith down, but both end up in mutual leg locks. For now it is a stalemate. Lilith breaks the hold and rolls Brenda who quickly wraps her right arm around Lilith’s neck. They struggle some more until Lilith rolls Brenda into a side body scissor and Brenda immediately taps out.

11-4 for Lilith (14:06).

The two girls slowly engage. Almost like a cat and mouse game. Who will get the headlock first? Brenda attaches Lilith’s wrists. Brenda leaps for the headlock first.

Gets it too.

She now has Lilith bent over, from the side, and in trouble. Brenda secures her top position. Though she has a powerful headlock, Lilith is refusing to yield. She keeps pressing to roll Brenda so that, even though she may still be in the headlock, it will not have as much crunching power.

It seems to be working.

Both girl’s backs are on the blue mats.

Slowly Lilith is breaking free.

Slowly.

She finally does, slides on top of Brenda’s back and clasps the Blonde in a chin lock. Brenda taps out.

Bravo. Applause. That was masterful. Lilith endured and waited patiently for her opening and when she got it, she immediately made the most of it. Now that is what this match should have been like all along, shaved down to 10 minutes.

12-4 for Lilith (15:23).

The girls take a brief pause. They ask how much time is left and when the referee says only five minutes, both girls looked shocked. Really? After all of this?

Apparently they agree with us. This match was way too long. They are troopers and will fight out the last five minutes.

They engage.

Brenda is incredibly effective with that right arm, swing around approach. She traps Lilith in another brutal headlock, this time more fierce than the last. Most important, she is bending Lilith’s head toward the mats and putting her body pressure upon it. This time Brenda is making sure Lilith does not escape and she doesn’t.

Lilith taps out.

12-5 for Lilith.

Time to fight. Sweaty, tired but tough. Both of them.

Here, Lilith immediately leaps for the headlock with her right arm and takes Brenda down. Wasting no time, she forms a triangle lock, with her arms, around Brenda’s head, cranks, and it is done.

13-5 for Lilith (16:53).

This time the girls actually grapple around on the ground, fighting for position. We get distracted for a second, watch Karina Gotika walks into the room and converses with a potential customer.

Lilith is slowly getting the upper hand as Brenda is breathing hard and fighting from the bottom. Finally Lilith obtains the full mount she is looking for. Can she close the deal, as she often does?

It will not come easy.

Brenda fences her off with her strong arms. She is countering every move that Lilith attempts. Tiring of this, Lilith changes tactics and rolls Brenda into a lethal side body scissor. Mission accomplished. Brenda taps out.

Lilith leads 14-5 (18:38).

As they begin, Brenda is breathing heavily. Really tired. Who wouldn’t be?

Maybe Lilith.

She is a little spent but has more of the energy.

Lilith takes Brenda down, and applies a strong neck and wrist lock. This close to the end, Brenda appears to be determined not to tap out so easily. Lilith keeps applying the pressure.

Brenda keeps resisting. Can she make it to the ringing of the bell?

No.

She taps out.

15-5 for Lilith (20:04).

Ten seconds to go.

Lilith looks at the ref and asks, is that enough?

What do you think the response will be?

Nope, wrestle the last ten seconds.

Brenda and Lilith oblige. Brenda has the upper hand but Lilith has too much pride to tap out.

The match is finally over.

Very respectful to what they have endured, Brenda and Lilith hug one another.

Classy girls, right down until the end.
