It can be delicious and come in so many flavors. Most say it is good for you too.

When performed correctly, yoga can be an incredible discipline and more and more, Female Submission Grapplers, Lady Pro Wrestlers and Session Women are professing their love for it.

We love watching them perform. On both mats. Wrestling and yoga.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim relax the mind and add flexibility to the body.

It is a slow moving physical exercise discipline.

There is a wide variety of schools of yoga, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, and traditional and modern yoga is practiced worldwide.

The ultimate goals of yoga are stilling the mind and gaining insight, resting in detached awareness.

That is saying a lot.
