VIDEO OF THE MONTH
Britain’s Kassidy is a legend in our industry with over 10 years of competitive wrestling.
The women’s wrestling encyclopedia at wrestlewiki.com shares, “Kassidy is a UK-based session wrestler who hails from London, England. At 6’0 she possess a deadly mix of experience and technique. Her long killer legs appear out of nowhere to trap and torture, uses her legs to extract fast submissions and makes it hard for her opponents to free themselves from a tangle of her long limbs. She describes herself as “an amazon woman with killer legs which are trained from pole dancing. I will make you submit with my body or head scissors”.
Kassidy began wrestling under London Wrestling Studio and then went on to become a successful independent wrestler. Kassidy is the ultimate wrestler, while some women hand pick their opponents, Kassidy is the ultimate wrestler, never one to shy away from a match, and she is more than willing to take on all comers.”
In terms of taking on all comers, we can attest to that. Her win over the great Hungarian super star Viktoria is legend.
In our video of the month, she will take on a newcomer in Kaos, who is a big time legit MMA Warrior.
Here is what Pippa has to say about the match.
“Here is the first match from the London Submission Room’s 22nd live event held on 11 June 2022. This 15 minute timed matched features Kassidy against Kaos.
Kassidy has been wrestling for more than 17 years and she is well known for her skill on the mats. Compared to Kassidy, Kaos is relatively new, but she has taken the scene by storm, with a background in MMA and a “just do it” attitude that has already given her a reputation that needs little introduction.
As we discover time and time again, experience usually triumphs. But Kaos is different. Her MMA training focuses on speed, stamina and strength and she is out to impress in front of this live audience.
London Submission Room owner, Pippa the Ripper gets the match underway and referees throughout to ensure the girls stick to the rules and what follows is one of the best opening matches we have filmed at a live event, with a barrage of pins and submission holds and both girls giving 100%. When Pippa calls time, there is a clear winner.”
We purchased the match. Yes, there is a clear winner, but we were shocked watching the journey to victory and how it was done. You should watch this one.

SESSION GIRL OF THE MONTH
We love Princess Nikki.
What does her buddy, the legendary Orsi B. have to say about her?
At her Facebook she smiles, “Hello, I’d like to introduce you guys a nice lady, Princess Nikki, who might be familiar to many of you by her famous clips and activity, but now she wants to try something new. She wants to dominate you with her pure strength and power and wrestle you on the mat. She is a good friend of mine and from now she is available for sessions through me: orsi.sessions@gmail.com don’t miss out!”
High praise indeed.
We have purchased and reviewed a number of Nikki’s matches at Antscha’s Productions and she is special. If you contact her for a session, we think you will agree.
LADY PROS
Oh, the unpredictable news in the Lady Pro Wrestling realm.
As reported by wrestlingheadlines.com, “Japanese wrestling star Miyu Yamashita defeated AEW women’s champion Thunder Rosa in a non-title matchup at the recent TJPW Summer Sun Princess event, with Yamashita picking up the win with a cradle.
Rosa had stated prior to the bout beginning that if Yamashita won she would give her a future shot at her women’s championship.”
Sounds exciting. We’ll wait for confirmation.
Miyu Yamashita is a Japanese professional wrestler currently signed to Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling.
Ms.Yamashita was trained by DDT‘s Mikami, and made her debut in August 2013, as one of the first members of DDT’s all female Tokyo Joshi Pro sister promotion. Yamashita was pushed as the top star of Tokyo Joshi Pro, and became the first ever Tokyo Princess of Princess Champion on January 4, 2016.
Yamashita has gone on to hold the title for a combined total of 1,065 days over the course of three title reigns, both records. She is currently recognized as the promotion’s top star.
Looks like she will be a top star in America too.
FEMALE MMA – BOXING
Top title fight.
As reported by nationalworld.com, “Savannah Marshall and Claressa Shields have confirmed their undisputed middleweight championship fight. The fight, which will unify all four of the major world titles at 160lbs, will be televised on Sky Sports and will be an historic event in women’s boxing.
Marshall vs Shields will be the first televised all-women’s professional boxing card in Britain. The fight will take place on Saturday 10 September.
PFL PLAYOFFS
Kayla Harrison is not the number one seed in the playoffs? What gives?
On July 13, 2022, mmajunkie.usatoday.com posted, “The lineup is set for the PFL’s third and final set of playoff fights next month in London. Two-time women’s lightweight season winner and No. 2 seed Kayla Harrison (14-0) will headline the card against No. 3 Martina Jindrova (6-2) in one of two semifinal fights in the division. The other half of the bracket features No. 1 Larisa Pacheco (17-4) vs. No. 4 Olena Kolesnyk (7-4).”
They explain that Larisa finished both her regular season fights in the first round for 12 points to earn the top seed.
When these two titans meet, and we sense they will, we still see Kayla as the favorite.
That’s the news for now. Happy rest of July, 2022, to all of you.
