That is why, when we find consistency in life, especially at the highest entertainment level, we continue to watch and support it, consistently. Annually. For decades.
In major league sports, it’s the big three. The NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball.

Italy’s Jasmine Paolini has made her move and is rising to the top. Her play is consistently entertaining and stellar.
In our fully competitive female submission wrestling industry another Italian star is entertaining and stellar and consistent in her wrestling victories.
Right now, the big three in our fully competitive female submission wrestling industry are Hungary, England and Italy. The globe’s best consistent winning wrestlers are found there.
Today, Italy’s Pamela Strong is of focus.
In terms of her wrestling, she is very consistent and entertaining to watch.
Here are excerpts of three of her matches.
PAMELA VS DOLLY
The two female warriors will begin on their knees, in the squared circle.
They begin with upper hand and neck fighting. Pamela wins at this junction, no surprise, because it involves skill over strength.
In this fight today, Dolly has the strength and Pamela has the experience and better tactical skills. The challenge for Dolly will be, can she mount an offense? The challenge for Pamela will be, even though she is the higher skilled wrestler, looking at her body style compared to Dolly, will she have enough strength to close the deal?
Pamela traps Dolly in a Guillotine Choke and squeezes. You can see the veins popping out of Dolly’s neck as Pamela has her down on the mat floor. This struggle will last for a minute. Pamela is tightening and squeezing as hard as she can. Dolly won’t budge.
Pamela rolls Dolly and lands on top, but she gave up the Guillotine Choke.
This time, in a war of attrition, strength won out (1:40)
Always remember, Dolly did not break the hold. Pamela let go of it.
Dolly is now fighting from the bottom with Pamela on top as both athletes are clasping one another with upper head and neck arm locks.
Pamela rolls Dolly into a side body scissor. Dolly counters and eventually Pamela let’s go of that hold too. (3:00).
Twice now, strength has won out over technique.
Having said that, those are small victories for Dolly. Why? As the match wears on, eventually strength tires out. This is in part why Dolly lost a close match to Warrior Amazon, got demolished by Orsi B. and lost to Bianca in a very close match but was on her back literally 90 percent of the time.
Having a great defense is good but at some point you need to score.
Against upper intermediate and elite wrestlers, Dolly always seems to be on the defensive. We have not seen the rest of this video, but if this keeps up, we suspect skill (Pamela) will break through and win.
At his point Pamela is bent over Dolly. The Hungarian star has Pamela wrapped in a circular headlock and tightens the squeeze but the problem is she is doing from the bottom. Though technically they are in a neutral position, Dolly is clearly expending more energy.
Dolly needs to use her strength and roll Pamela over.
Pamela takes that thought and rolls Dolly into a side body scissors and squeezes hard.
This goes on for some time.
Pamela gives up on the potential submission hold and positions herself back on top of Dolly, though still in Dolly’s headlock.
For the third time, strength triumphed over technique (4:00).
Having said that, Pamela still remains in the position of strength. Bodies elongated, Pamela is applying the pressure, for a possible smother, to Dolly’s neck and head area. This is appearing to be a disturbing pattern for Dolly against very good to elite wrestlers.
She is often fighting from the floor, on her back.
Yes, Dolly has a great defense. A magnificent one.
But at some point you need to score a touchdown if you are going to win.
Pamela is relentless from the top position and ties up Dolly in a grapevine.
Dolly is trying to use her strength to turn Pamela over but too late. She stayed on the bottom too long. Pamela rolls the Hungarian princess into a side body scissors coupled with a brutal headlock and its game over.
Dolly taps out.
Technique wins out. Over strength. Eventually it almost always does.
1-0 for the Italian star (5:10).
The next round begins with hand fighting. Soon Pamela bull rushes Dolly backwards and here we go again.
Dolly is fighting from the bottom.
Pamela acrobatically tries to keep her pasted there. She face sits and then lands her knee on Dolly’s chest.
Dolly’s response?
She clasps her hands and arms like a fence and plays defensive. A failing strategy she knows all too well.
Pamela sits on Dolly’s chest and considers her options. Time to open up the offensive playbook. She maneuvers Dolly into a lifting position and pulls the muscular feminine brunette forward into a crunching Guillotine Choke.
Dolly taps out.
2-0 for Pamela (6:27).
PAMELA VS JULIE
This match takes place in a private ring.
The two slowly engage with upper hand fighting around the neck area. Silvie is playing it passively, letting Pamela come to her.
Pamela takes her up on the offer and aggressively takes the redhead down with a headlock.
The Italian star slowly adds to the hold a grapevine and grimaces as she tries to squeeze Silvie out on top. (1:22)
Time passes. From the top Pamela squeezes, from the bottom Silvie resists. Pamela stays on top, lets go of the grapevine and slides forward into the school girl pin position and bends forward.
Silvie continues to resist.
Pamela arms collectively slide behind Silvie’s neck and squeezes.
Silvie resists.
Determined, Pamela rolls her into a fierce side body scissors and also squeezes from the top.
Silvie resists.
Pamela is desperately trying to hold on to her advantage but like gravity pulling earth down a mountainside, Silvie is breaking away. Pamela’s last gasp attempt is an arm bar. Eventually Silvie breaks that too.
She is now completely free (3:19).
Pamela is now fighting from her back, using her legs to keep Silvie at bay.
For now.
The statuesque redhead is hovering above and trying to maneuver around Pamela’s legs, hoping Pamela makes a mistake.
She doesn’t.
Acrobatic, similar to the great acrobat Sheena of Hungary, Pamela leaps towards Silvie’s neck and captures the beauty in a headlock, taking her down to the mats. Silvie slides out of it and keeps Pamela at bay with her legs. Pamela side steps Silvie’s leg thrusts and lands on her in a reverse face sit which she flips around and we’re back to square one with Pamela sitting on top of Silvie, folded over, trying to squeeze the tall girl out in a smother as Silvie attempts to block her, arms folded. (4:15).
Pamela flattens out, hands wide, waiting for Silvie to make a mistake.
This goes on for some time.
Pamela sees an opening and gently rolls Silvie into a side body scissors and squeezes hard.
Now harder.
Silvie appears to be in trouble but remains steadfast and refuses to concede.
Pamela give up on the hold and goes back to the half body, smother position.
Silvie uses her strength to flip Pamela on to her back as Pamela has the Czech princess trapped in a tenuous floor to sitting body scissors. Silvie moves forward putting pressure on Pamela from the top.
Pamela flips Silvie backwards and now tries for a potentially lethal leg and ankle lock.
Silvie breaks the hold but inexplicably sits there passively waiting for Pamela to make the next move and the Italian star does by attempting a Guillotine Choke.
Silvie breaks the hold.
Pamela maintains the top position, lying flat on Silvie as the strong girl blocks a full smother with her arms locked. Acrobatic Pamela now sits atop Silvie and is going for a sitting Triangle Choke.
Silvie recently had an opportunity to be aggressive but sat there and passively waited for Pamela to attack and for the first time is trapped in that Triangle Choke. The porcelain skinned beauty has virtually mounted no offense at all. Yes, she is defending well, but in a war of attrition like this, Pamela is gaining the advantage.
It is still tied but Silvie is the one expending all of the energy as, like a quiet cat ready to strike, Pamela is sitting on top of Silvie, waiting for her quick strike opening, expending less energy than her Fem Competitor opponent.
Silvie’s screams of exasperation permeate the quiet ring as Pamela squeezes and sits on top of the redhead.
This goes on for at least a minute. Silvie is still straining from the bottom. Since, thus far she has mounted no offense, if Pamela closes the deal, this could be curtains for Silvie.
The pressure continues to mount.
Something odd happens. We hear “okay stop”. And since Pamela is on top, we can only assume that was Silvie. We didn’t see her mouth move and since Pamela was not threatened from the top, we’re going to call that a submission for Pamela.
1-0 for Pamela (10:35).
PAMELA VS VIKTORIA
Under Antscha’s leadership, when she says competitive, it will be competitive.
The introductions are made.
This promises to be a good one. Get your popcorn ready.
The two experienced Session Girls and fierce grapplers begin in a clinch. Lots of push back and forth, Lots of clinching around the head and neck.
Pamela leaps forward with a headlock and gains control, taking Viktoria sideways down to the mats.
The Italian beauty squeezes profusely. The average female wrestler would give under her pressure.
Viktoria, when she is ready to fight, especially when her Hungarian peers are looking on, just like at the great Femwerestle Events, is spectacular.
Except for one match, when she fought England’s Sable. Boring is not a word only found in the dictionary. The Romans had cruising and ramming speed for their war ships. Here, Sable vs Viktoria had sleeping pill speed. When the match was over, Vitoria looked up in surprise and asked “Is it over?” Yes Viktoria, mercifully (train tunnel wide yawn).
Pound for pound, Viktoria is great and cunning. The way these two are heating up in front of an audience, it’s ramming speed.
Not a Sable in sight.
Here we get “A” level Viktoria and she stunningly breaks what seemed like an air tight headlock ready for a submission.
The audience applauds. We applaud. This match is juiced early.
Viktoria temporarily has Pamela in a floor to over the top head scissors but Pamela quickly escapes.
Viktoria quickly leaps on top of Pamela, only to fall into her waiting arms for a body scissors. Viktoria is back in trouble again.
Pamela’s squeeze is crushing and you see that the beautiful Hungarian beauty is in anguish. The two gorgeous bodies are right next to one another and look incredibly erotic. Sex, pain and violence. What a combination. When it is fully competitive, there is nothing like it.
Pamela is not going to let her off the hook this time and continues to profusely squeeze.
At approximately the 2 minute mark, Viktoria painfully taps out.
1-0 for Pamela.
Wearing a sensuous burnt orange bikini thong, Pamela looks delicious.
Wearing a black bikini with pink framing, Viktoria looks amazing. Yummy.
Well, back to the fight.
A titanic struggle ensues as Viktoria continues to accidentally fall in to Pamela’s scissors. Keep doing that and another submission is invariable.
Pamela has the Hungarian star in a side body scissors but Viktoria manages to break out of it with her left arm.
Not enough.
Pamela once again traps her in another body scissors. You have to be there, but watching a feminine girl like Viktoria struggle in another girls hold, in front of her audience, is very erotic.
Can Viktoria break the hold?
She does but Pamela is relentless. Fight from her back, Pamela keeps her strong thighs primed in a position to trap Viktoria again.
Viktoria falls right back into Pamela’s clutches.
As long as Viktoria is on top, scissors or not, she has a chance of breaking free but Pamela is not going to let her get away with that and rolls her into a side scissor and clamps Viktoria’s arm into a joint lock. The combination of those two holds could be lethal.
Viktoria continues to grimace. There is nothing more beautiful than fully competitive bikini wrestling.
Can Viktoria break out?
She doesn’t have to. Pamela allows her to break free, only to slide into a devastating arm bar. Very clever.
Viktoria agrees and at the 5 minute mark, taps out.
2-0 for the sexy Italian Session Girl.
SUMMARY
That was impressive.
All the girls that Pamela wrestled are experienced and talented.
