Is it possible to be a Jack of all trades and a master of them all?
Anything is possible.
In the fully competitive female submission wrestling world, Lara of the Czech Republic, a longtime industry wrestling star and Session Star, continues to impress in virtually everything she does.
She is a Jane of all trades and a master of them all.
To say that she is one of the elites is a great understatement.
This beautiful star has been at this for over 15 years. The respected industry source wrestlewiki.com educates, “Lara the Warrior joined AlphaCatz in 2015 and is one of the most exciting additions to the competitive team. She is very skilled and strong, she is a classy, athletic and attractive lady who loves competitive wrestling.”
We agree.
That is why you would love to have a session with her. At her WB270 profile she shares, “Hello I am strong, skilled amazon with muscles, but still very feminine. I am known from Alphacatz maybe, but now I am only individual. I do sessions only in my country – Czech Republic.”

Ready to walk down memory lane? Here are some excerpts from Lara’s great matches.
LARA VS ANTSCHA
Though in different time periods, here May of 2016, it seems to be fitting for both Lara and Sable to earn their stripes by battling and earning respect against a global champion.
It is now Lara’s turn.
Lara has developed a strong reputation fighting within her own Czech circle and clearly along with Diana she is one of the best of the best but now she is about to step outside of her comfort zone into the waiting arms of a tactically tough global Fem Competitor.
Antscha looks stunning in her white briefs and sea blue top. Lara is fem muscle gorgeous in her light newspaper print gray briefs and black top.
The match starts with the usual feeling out period. Lara tries to gain the upper hand with an arm bar but Antscha deftly escapes.
Lara at this point is constantly fighting from the ground up but seems very comfortable with that. Neither girl can seem to gain competitive traction. The fighting is energetic as the two warriors tumble off the mats into the audience.
There are a number of breaks in the action as the grappling is ferocious but up to this point no girl has gained control and neither is building significant momentum.
Then there is an opening.
Lara seizes it and Antscha gives up her back to her. Lara makes the most of the opportunity, traps Antscha from the top and chokes her out.
LARA VS SANDRA
Lara of the Czech Republic and Germany’s Sandra is not just another walk in the female grappling park.
There is going to be a lot of thudding and slamming in this one.
Welcome to the realm of the great Femwrestle Events in Troisdorf, Germany.
As we pan the audience, we can see word had spread about this match and there is a full house with cameras poised.
Sometimes when we cover Femwrestle matches, depending upon who is fighting, there can be a lot of empty chairs, few cameras and it feels like an intermission.
Sometimes? Okay, only a few times.
Not this time.
The back drop to this match is that Sandra completely dominated Siberia of the Czech Republic.
Let’s see how Sandra does against Siberia’s contemporary.
The two gorgeous muscle girls are being introduced. They are smiling but there is clearly tension in the air.
Both women flex their muscles and they will need every ounce of them in this contest.
Time to begin.
Sandra lunges forward and gains the initial advantage by trapping Lara in a head lock and taking her down. Many girls would be in trouble at this stand point with a muscle girl wrapping her strong arms around their neck.
Not Lara.
There are some super cute Session Girls, who just happen to wrestle, and are kitty cats.
Then, there is a Session Girl Wrestler like Lara. She is indeed the Alpha Cat.
She breaks Sandra’s tough hold.
Good for her but she is still underneath in a position of weakness as Sandra tries a reverse headlock and choke.
Lara, in anguish, breaks that hold as well.
Underneath? Not anymore. Lara uses her strong muscles to maneuver Sandra, who is now on the bottom. Sandra quickly tries to secure a floor to sitting body scissors. Typically a good idea against a cute kitty.
Lara is not a kitty.
She lifts Sandra up in the air and slams her to the mats.
The audience sighs in surprise.
So do we. We have rarely seen that before.
Sandra is like a bull rider hanging on for dear life.
Lara lifts her up again and lands the German athlete with a loud thud.
The referee is saying nothing.
Once more Lara lifts Sandra up off the mats and slams her with authority on her back.
Sandra? Maybe this floor to sitting body scissors thing is not a great idea.
Lara has absolutely gotten Sandra’s attention.
Still, the German maiden is controlling the action from the ground, until she doesn’t.
Lara traps the grounded German in a forceful head scissors. Desperate and in anguish, Sandra uses her thick muscular leg and takes a swipe at Lara’s head.
The Czech warrior swats it aside.
Lara keeps Sandra locked in an arm bar while she continues to squeeze the other muscle girl’s head.
Sandra is in trouble but fights through it and breaks the hold.
Appreciative, the audience applauds.
Okay, so that didn’t work, thus Lara quickly locks her arm around Sandra’s neck in the form of a Guillotine Choke. The gorgeous brunette is just too strong and this time Sandra taps out.
1-0 for Lara (2:28).
The two straighten their attire and it is back to business.
Lara immediately lunges at Sandra and almost rips off her bikini top.
The two struggle and end up elongated, both in a position to apply ankle and foot locks but both escape.
The difference is Lara slides right back into a position of strength and immediately locks Sandra in for another Guillotine Choke. Sandra is done and taps out.
2-0 for Lara (3:20).
LARA VS DOLLY
Blessed with muscles that make them look like gorgeous Gym Bunnies, who can rip your head off at a moment’s notice, both Lara and Dolly are ready for battle.
Both have a look of determination in their eyes.
Adorned in black, their feminine muscles are gym perfection. Their wrestling, at times, comes close to that as well.
Time to begin.
They start with muscular upper hand fighting when Lara grasps Dolly behind the neck and pulls her downward. Dolly keeps energetically fighting and gains the first advantage with a headlock and takes Lara down to the ring floor.
Good move.
Bad position.
Dolly lands underneath Lara. If Lara breaks that headlock, she is right on top of Dolly and ready for a smother. Dolly holds on to that headlock for dear life. At this point, there are no exits for the Hungarian star. She has to make this work or face the consequences. Though she has the headlock, Lara is in the upper rear view mirror and closing in.
Lara breaks open the headlock.
From the top position, she traps Dolly in a potential reverse head scissor.
Dolly escapes that, but she crawls right into a tough Guillotine Choke. Dolly uses her muscles to try and escape. Lara uses her muscles to tighten the hold.
Lara wins that struggle.
Dolly taps out (2:43).
Time to engage.
Lara wins the initial hand fighting and pulls Dolly downward and forward. Typically not a great strategy, because you are on the bottom but Lara is talented, skilled and strong enough to pull it off. In part, because she doesn’t plan on being on the bottom long.
She flips Dolly over and is instantly on top of her.
Headlock still in place.
Dolly struggles and circles around from the bottom but Lara is not letting go of that headlock. She has Dolly from behind so she rolls her into a behind the back choke and headlock. She could throw in a scissor as well, but chooses not to. Instead she squeezes with all of her might, tightens and locks in the vice like grip.
The veins are protruding from Dolly’s head.
Enough.
Dolly taps out.
2-0 for Lara (4:40).
SUMMARY
If you are a newer female submission wrestler and would like to study an electronic text book in great wrestling, Lara’s career fits the bill.
She is a Jill of wrestling trades and a master of virtually all.
