Smooth beauty.
Dancing agility.
Idolized inspiration.
If you are a female wrestler, your legs will play such an important role in your quest for victory and, forgive us for being a little shallow, your ability to sell your sessions.
Don’t be shy. We love looking at beautiful Session Women who have gorgeous legs.
When it comes to both beautiful and athletic legs, we all could use some inspiration.
In some ways, the legendary blonde bombshell Betty Grable started it all.
Elizabeth Ruth Grable (December 18, 1916 – July 2, 1973) was an American actress, pin-up girl, dancer, model, and singer.
Her 42 films during the 1930s and 1940s grossed more than $100 million.
For 10 consecutive years (1942–1951) she reigned in the Quigley Poll‘s top 10 box office stars.
Her acting was wonderful but it was her gorgeous legs that placed her there.

Now, we’re going to walk over to the gym.
On those female grappling mats, good looks is just the video starting place.
You are going to need some strong legs to get the grappling job done. Having said that, you will still need some inspiration.
In your wrestling competition, you will need to squeeze (body scissors), pull your opponent backwards (defeating a school girl pin) and thrust (initial surge to a headlock) to gain submissions and help insure a victory.
Now, it is time to be inspired to build strong legs.
First, let’s turn to video and look at a famous watermelon crusher. You will be inspired.

Jordynne Grace is an American professional wrestler and power lifter.
Great emphasis on power.
Her thick thighs are incredible.
Regarded as one of the greatest female wrestlers of her generation, Grace is a former 11-time Shine Wrestling champion, two-time Impact Knockouts World Champion, one-time Impact Digital Media Champion and Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champion.[5] Upon becoming the inaugural Digital Media Champion, Grace was recognized by Impact Wrestling as the first Knockouts Triple Crown winner.
Very leg impressive.
She is also known for her appearances in Beyond Wrestling, Progress Wrestling, Pro-Wrestling: EVE, and Shine Wrestling. As a powerlifter, she holds the World Natural Powerlifting Federation (WNPF) Georgia State and National Records holder in the squat at 320 pounds, the bench press at 210 pounds and the deadlift at 355 pounds.
This girl is super strong and in the wrestling ring, those legs have brought her a lot of victories.
